We are unable to offer refunds for any reason. If you have registered, but are unable to run in our event, you may still pick up your goodie bag.

Unable to run, but would like to be a part of our event anyway? We can always use more volunteers!

We are currently approved to hold an in-person event in the City of Evanston. We understand there is ongoing concern with Covid-19. In the unlikely circumstance that the City of Evanston cancels our event permit, we will still host packet pickups and participants will convert to a “Run Anywhere” format. If this happens, we will also offer a ($10) discount toward 2024 registrations, which will be emailed out to any currently registered runners when 2023 registration opens. Please understand that refunds or race transfers are not available as we have already incurred costs.
